Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with BEYER & KELLEY PROJECT PROFESSIONALS. Because we sell services rather than physical products, there is nothing to ship back or exchange. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of your request. You can also call +14152969800 for help. We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Orders we cancel

If we cancel an order because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, we refund any amount paid to the original payment method.
